Drop FDS, P&ID (piping), A&ID (air and ducting), HVAC room book (Excel or PDF), door interlock schedule, topology, and the master IC/OC protocols. The room book is the authority for the room list.

Project identity

Headers, cover sheets, and filenames use these fields. IC / OC numbers fill from the job code in Project (AK######-8001 / -8902) unless you edit them. Keep status at Draft until this revision is ready to send — generated files then drop the watermark.

Document status

Word and PDF files are stamped DRAFT until you mark them issued.

Client logo

Appears on the right of the Word / PDF header. Picking a mark fills Client. Merck is the default; choose None or drop a PNG / JPG.
